During this meeting, we present our ingredient self-closing pocket concept, share a first-level presentation outlining the core technology, application possibilities, and partnership framework, and explore how it can create value for your product line.

NDA signing — Stage Two technical presentation
If the concept resonates and you wish to learn more, we provide an NDA to protect sensitive information. Once signed, we deliver Stage Two - Technical Presentation including materials, more construction details, basic fabrics performance metrics, and first manufacturing considerations.

Licensing agreement submission
After reviewing the technical package, and if you wish to move forward, we prepare and send the licensing agreement. This agreement outlines commercial terms, usage rights, branding guidelines, and collaboration structure.

Contract signing & partnership confirmation
